A warm and cosy after-noon

It’s been a long time since I’ve made the most of a warm and cosy afternoon at home.



Placing in the lounge our new armchair as well as a lamp created from a former surveyor’s wooden tripod with a rumpled cotton canvas lampshade.
For their comfort and style I like to pull on some grandfather-style trousers with braces.

On a beautiful, sunny afternoon, I go for a walk in the countryside.
Surprise! A small detour and I happen upon a herd of sheep in search of land to graze upon.



I approach them gently for a while and feel just like a shepherd girl.

Les Baux-de-Provence

To wander aimlessly through the backstreets of Baux-en-Provence, to stop a moment before a door that bears witness to the passage of time.



To admire the winter light that falls on the aged stonework. To lose oneself in the familiar landscape with its’ backdrop of small mountains, the Alpilles.

A Little Softness...

Staying at home despite oneself, the result of spraining one’s knee.
Looking at this dancer beneath her glass, pirouetting on her toes.
Appreciating the compassion of my loyal companion who avidly waits for his habitual walk in the countryside.



Enveloping oneself in a cozy wrap-over top, to which a pretty broach is pinned.
Simply appreciating the act of drinking a cup of tea.
Admiring the soft universe created, like a canvas.
Letting oneself be pampered by one’s near and dear and becoming used to it!

Near the Fountain of Nostradamus

A weekend in the heart of the Alpilles, in which I return to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence to enjoy the summer which is prolonged.
I stroll through the streets of the old city with the allure of a small Provencal village and stop at the fountain of Nostradamus.



I follow the footsteps of my dear Manon, to have delicious strawberries at "Mon père était pâtissier" (My father was a pastry cook), the juice of which I still taste in my mouth.

Paper Lace and Butterflies

With a little pang, I put the decorations that adorned my stand this weekend at Villeneuve-les-Avignon.
The nostalgia of wonderful moments spent alongside my friends creative and bloggers.



The memory of moments of emotion shared with faithful readers often come from a long way away to make my acquaintance.
I realize the importance of these true and necessary meetings... very encouraging.

Flowery Night

Enjoy the sweetness of Barcelona and spend a few days of family vacation.

Excited by the wide choice of fabrics : Floral, plaid, polka dot ... I finally chose cozy pajamas in autumn colors, a bow barrette and a small matching case, which go with a necklace that I had already crafted this weekend.
